Reminder to all rental property owners and tenants:

 

Certification of Tenants Forms are due on or before June 1, 2007.  According to Ordinance No. 2004-12-03, all rental property owners are required to supply to the Borough Secretary on or before June 1 and December 1 of each year a list of all tenants 18 years and older.  In order to comply with the ordinance, rental property owners must forward to the Borough Secretary before June 1, 2007 the Certification of Tenants Form listing all tenants 18 years and older.  Failure to comply with this ordinance will result in fines.  For your convenience, a Certification of Tenants Form will be made available on-line in the next few months.
